Shelley Steele is on a personal mission to support your personal growth and potential. 

As an executive coach and life coach, Shelley brings her compassionate personal style of coaching to honour your work-life journey,  inspire and support you to reach your potential.  Her expertise spans over 30 years’ experience in education, educational media, and television—from behind and in front of the camera—as a producer, director, and host.

Shelley believes in the power of sharing stories and life lessons and she founded Heartspeak.ca in 2008).

Shelley is an educator first and foremost with a focus on personal growth and development. 

She has instructed at the secondary and post-secondary school levels with experience in teacher education, inclusive leadership, healthy lifestyle management, entrepreneurism and global issues.

As a producer/director, Shelley has captured lived experiences related to topics impacting well-being across the generations—such as mental health and addiction, disability, race, bullying, poverty, reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people, climate change and more.

Since 2005, in her role as producer/director, Shelley has been capturing and sharing documentary-style, video-based stories, featuring individuals from all walks of life—with the goal to inspire hope, wellbeing, and a more inclusive society.
